摘要
异黄酮类化合物是一种存在于豆科植物中的生物活性物质,具有较弱的雌激素样活性,而大豆黄酮是此类化合物中存在较广、近年来研究也较多的一种。大豆黄酮在畜禽日粮中的应用,能够较显著地促进动物生长、降低饲料成本、提高动物繁殖力和增强机体免疫力等,又因其广泛存在于豆类作物和牧草中,所以研究和开发这类化合物作为新型饲料添加剂将具有较大的潜力和广阔的发展前景。
Isoflavonoids are a kind of substances in leguminous plants which have biological activity and faintish estrogenic activity. Daidzein is one of the most classes in these substances. Recent years, there were more and more researches on it. Daidzein, when used in livestock＇s diets, are claimed to improve animal growth, decrease feed cost, promote animal＇s reproduction and enhance body immunity. Owing to its wildly exist in legume crop and grass, the research and utilization of this compounds as new feed additives will have bright future.
