摘要
阐述了中医辨证研究指标量化的重要性和必要性,并对中医辨证指标进行统计分类,中医辨证指标有主观指标和客观指标,但主观指标占大多数,这表明中医证更关注病人的自我感受和生存质量,辨证指标的量化宜采用生理、生化等现代定量化指标,主观症状或指标也不能忽视,宜采用严格考核的问卷和量表形式来测定。
The article analyzes quantity of variable of macroscopical differentiation of syndromes of TCM is necessary and important. These Variables are able to be classified from statistics, including objective and subjective index. However subjective indexes account for main proportion. This indicate ZHEN of TCM concern quality of life and self-feel of patients. Therefore subjective index can not be neglected when people take physiological and biochemical index as qualitative index. THEN of TCM may be measured by the psychological scale or questionnaire by valid and reliability having evaluated.
