摘要
本文论述了知识产权对现代社会的重大影响,人才的知识产权意识在知识经济中的作用,新知识、新技术的涌现和西方发达国家跨国公司的知识产权策略带来的知识产权保护和利用的新问题,并就大学如何对学生进行高效率的知识产权教育,使大学生将来成为各行各业的知识产权保护和运用的启蒙者和排头兵进行探讨。
Thls paper discusses the great influence of intellectual property to the modem society, the effect of intellects＇ consciousness of intellectual property in intellectual economy, the new tasks of protecting and using intellectual property which have been brought about by the teeming of new knowledge and new techniques and the intellectual property policy of Multinational Corporation of Western Developed countries, and how universities give students effective education of intellectual torchbearers and forerunners of protecting and using property, in order to make university students become intellectual property of every walk of life.
