奎硫平治疗抽动障碍的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 抽动障碍依照临床症状往往由轻到重,对患儿的身心健康影响较大[1].对抽动障碍的药物治疗,当前仍以氟哌啶醇为首选,但该类药物有难以忍受的副作用,仅有20%～30%的患者能坚持长期治疗[2].探寻有效治疗药物和方法已成为当今该病研究的重点.国外有报道奎硫平能改善抽动障碍和抽动秽语综合征的症状[3,4].我们应用奎硫平治疗抽动障碍患者,以验证其疗效和安全性.
