摘要
在中国经济的转型成长中,涌现出了许多具有鲜明区域特色的经济制度变迁和区域经济发展模式,我们把它称为区域突破现象。我们认为,只有理解了区域突破现象,才能更好地理解中国经济转型的基本经验。本文把这一现象理解为一种创新过程,并从中小企业成长的视角,在引入区位因素的基础上,对这一现象发生的制度基础提出了一个新的分析框架。
Many models of institutional transition and regional economic development with distinctive regional styles emerge during China＇s economy growth with transition, which is named the Phenomenon of Regional Breakthrough by us. We hold that only to understand this phenomenon, can we understand the basic experience of China＇s economic transition. To regard this phenomenon as one process of renovation from the perspective of the growing of small and middle enterprise, a new analysis framework was founded based on introducing the factor of location in this paper to explain the institutional causes of this phenomenon.
