摘要
本文从行业发展、生产消费和科技创新等三个方面概述了中国奶业当前的形势,分析指出饲养品种单一化、饲养管理科学化、生产方式现代化、高新技术产业化和经济效益规模化将是未来奶业发展的趋势,并根据中国奶业发展的科技需求,提出了制订国家奶业科技中长期发展规划、加强基础平台建设、鼓励原创性研究与青年人才培育、激励企业参与科技创新和充分利用国际资源等五项对策建议。
This paper described the status quo of Chinese dairy industry in three aspects of industrial development, production and consumption, and scientific and technical innovation. The trends of dairy industry development are also given in the paper, such as single - breed raising, scientific feeding and management, modernization of the production manner, industrialization of high technology and large - scale management for high profit. This paper also proposed five countermeasures on resolving the preceding problems in the view of science and technology as follows ： drawing national mid - long term plan of dairy science and technology, strengthening the construction of the basic R＆D platform, encouraging researchers to do more original researches, inspiring the enterprises to participate in scientific and technical innovation, and taking full advantages of international resources.
