摘要
本文系统阐述了面向2020年的中国科技发展战略。同时,展望了中欧科技合作的前景,提出了建立以知识为基础的中欧科技战略合作伙伴关系的构想。
The paper systematically illuminates the science and technology development strategy of China towards 2020 and previews the prospects of Sino- EU science ＆ technology collaboration, and puts forward the speculation of building up a knowledge- based Sino- EU science ＆ technology strategic partnership.
