在选矿过程中,矿石的原矿品位、回收率、尾矿品位三者是密切相关的。通过计算三者之间相关系数,掌握其变化规律,有助于指导选矿生产。对同一原矿品位,rxz、rxy值趋于0值时,各项指标最佳。此外,ryz值对原始数据的准确程度是一个检验,可及时发现生产中存在的问题,更好的完善各项生产指标。
Mill grade of ore, recoveries and tailing grade are very correlative during dressing processes . Calculating correlation coefficients of the three and undersdanding the law of them are helpful to dressing operating . When values of rxz .rxy tend to zero for a same grade ore , dressing indexes are optimal . ryz could check the accuracy of some original datum so that problems of operating found out are raveled to consummate operating indexes.
