摘要
对热轧螺纹钢筋生产过程中发生横肋刮伤及成品冷弯试验过程横肋根部开裂现象的产生原因进行了深入分析,提出了修改横肋α、β角工艺尺寸等的方法。实践表明,通过对横肋尺寸的修改,可有效地降低横肋部位的前滑值,防止应力集中,使螺纹钢筋产品质量得到提高,力学性能得以改善,从而使冷弯裂纹现象显著减少。
The damage of transverse ribs by scraping during rolling process and cracking during cold bending were analyzed, and then the solutions of changing the transverse rib angles α and β were proposed. Practice showed that in this way the forward creep was reduced effectively, and concentration of stress was prevented, and mechanical properties of products were improved, the cold bending cracking was decreased significantly.
