摘要
利用小球烧结和燃料分加技术的有利条件,进行了低硅全精粉烧结技术的研究。试验研究结果表明,工艺上采取控制水分、燃料配比、机速等措施,使得低硅全精粉烧结矿质量稳中有升,高炉使用顺行,表明在太钢700mm料高条件下,实施全精粉烧结技术是完全可行的。
Based on small pellet sintering and separated fuel addition, the study on sintering of 100% low-silicon iron concentrate was carried out. The results showed that the reasonable control of water content, fuel addition, and machine speed is necessary to produce quality sinters with 700 mm sintering bed. The blast furnace operated smoothly with such sinters.
