摘要
中国教师教育的走向应当紧紧追随当前与未来中国发展的战略要求,体现适应全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标、适应社会对优质教育的迫切需求、适应人才强国的战略要求。新型的教师教育体系将呈现出若干所高水平师范大学和综合大学当先导、一批师范大学为骨干、众多师范院校为主体、其他各类院校及办学样构参与的新框架,凸显开放性、层次多校性特点。新型的教师教育呼唤着师范大学的转型,转型的基本目标应锁定在人才培养的规格、质量和适应能力上;转型要纠正两个误区、防止两种倾向。
China should orientate her teachers education to the strategic requirements of current and future development, the lofty goal of building a well-off society, the urgent social need for high-quality education, and the strategic demand for prospering the nation with intellectual minds. A new-type system of teachers education will assume the following panorama: followed by a group of key normal universities, several high-level normal and synthetic universities will take the lead while a number of normal colleges will act as the main force. With other institutions and participants, this new framework will be characteristic of prominent openness and hierarchic diversity. The new-type teachers education calls for transformation of the normal institutions. The fundamental objectives are located in the norm, quality and adaptability of training by avoiding two misunderstandings and two deviations.
