摘要
介绍了基于嵌入式系统的CT机床板控制系统的结构特点。针对床板控制系统的实时多任务特点,研究了作为床板控制系统多任务之一的床板运动控制的方法,提出了一种控制软件与FPGA相结合的床板运动控制用步进电机的控制方法。通过分析比较直线型、指数型等步进电机加减速曲线的各自特点,得出了适合床板控制系统的步进电机加减速曲线形式。
The paper described the character of CT table control system, which based on embedded system. As one of the jobs in table control system, according to this system's real time and multitask character, a stepping motor control method combining software and FPGA is presented. After analyzing various linear and exponential curve of stepping motor speed-up and speed-down control, the proper speed-up and speed-down curve is described in the paper.
