提高门诊抑郁症患者服药依从性的对策 被引量：1

摘要 目的:促进门诊抑郁症患者服药依从性的提高。方法:调查统计了81例门诊抑郁症复发患者的服药依从性情况。结果:81例患者中用药完全依从37例(46.68%),部分依从18例(22.22%),不依从26例(32.00%)。不依从的原因主要有,对疾病认识不足、不能耐受不良反应、自觉疗效不好、自认病情好转不需用药、经济负担重等。结论:应争取患者及家属配合,采取灵活多样的措施进行宣传,提高服药依从性。
