摘要
农民工作为社会整体的一部分,从发展趋势看,其必然要向市民转变,然而农民工价值观念和生活方式的转变并不是自然而然的,其转变方向也不是惟一的,在这一进程中,农民工的心理形态是复杂的。因而,除了要从制度层面考虑加速农民工市民化的进程外,还要关注农民工生活的社会文化环境。
At the development viewpoint, it＇s a trend for the rural workers turning to the townsfolk with the development of the society. However, it＇s not easy for them to change their value idea and life styles during the process of becoming citizen, as well as the change direction is also not unique. During this process, the psychology of the rural workers is complicated. Besides consideration from the policy aspect to accelerate the process of the rural workers＇ becoming citizen, we should pay a lot intention on the social culture environment of the rural worker life.
