摘要
目的探讨层粘蛋白(LN)及其受体(LN-R)在正常妊娠及妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的表达及其与恶性滋养细胞肿瘤侵袭的关系。方法收集1991年1月至2003年12月温州医学院附属一院正常妊娠、葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎及绒毛膜癌(绒癌)石蜡包埋组织,应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测各组中LN、LN-R的表达情况。结果LN、LN-R在正常妊娠、葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎及绒癌中的表达差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01)。LN、LN-R在侵蚀性葡萄胎及绒癌中的表达与正常妊娠、葡萄胎比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论LN、LN-R在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的表达异常与恶性滋养细胞的高侵袭力密切相关。
Objective To study the expressions of laminin （LN） and laminin-receptors （LN-R） in normal pregnancy and gestational trophoblastic disease and the relationship between LN, LN-R and the invasiveness of malignant trophoblastic tumor. Methods The cases were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College during the period from 1991.1 to 2003. 12. Paraffin embedded tissue of normal pregnancy, hydatidiform mole （HM） , invasive mole （ IM ） and choriocarcinoma （ CC ） were observed by SP immunohistochemistry method for expressions of LN and LN- R. Results There were apparently significant differences in the expressions of LN and LN-R in normal pregnancy , HM, IM and CC （P 〈0. 01 ）. There were apparently significant differences in malignant cytotrophoblasts either from IM or CC compared with benign cytotrophoblasts from HM and normal pregnancy （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Abnormal expressions of LN and LN-R in GTD may be closely related to the high invasiveness of malignant eytotrophoblasts.
