摘要
在多年生产铅锑合金与铅钙合金的基础上,首次提出了配制铅基合金“相对波动范围”的相关概念及理论模型,探讨了铅基合金相对波动范围值与成分的关系,为提高配制铅锑合金与铅钙合金的一次合格率指明了有效途径。
Based on the experience and data from manufacturing lead-calcium alloy and lead-antimony alloy for several years, this paper firstly presented the idea and theoretical model of “relatively fluctuating range ” for controlling the composition of lead-based alloy. The relationship between “relatively fluctuating rang” and alloy composition was investigated . It's an efficient way to improve lead-calcium alloy and lead-antimony alloy manufacture.
