摘要
文中报告１９８８年以来经乙状窦后显微血管减压术治疗耳鸣１６例。术中均见有血管袢压迫第ＶＩＩＩ颅神经。１６例术后耳鸣均消失，随访１～５年无复发。
Since l988,retrosigmoid microvascular decompression have been performed on l6 patients with tinnitus.Vascular loop compression of the eight cranial nerve was found in all patients.After operation tinnitus disppeared.None of the patient experiened recurrence during a follow-up 1～5 years.
