豚鼠半规管及壶腹微血管的电镜观察

摘要 应用血管铸型技术和扫描电镜观察了豚鼠3个半规管及其壶腹的微血管三维空间结构,发现了3个壶腹的微血管结构基本相同,血供动脉均从壶腹嵴的基底部进入壶腹,壶腹嵴中央毛细血管网最为密集,半月面处较为稀疏,静脉血从壶腹底部及顶部回流。 Using the microcorrosion technique and scanning electron microscopy,the three-dimensional spatial picture of the canal and ampulla vessels in guinea pig were studied.The vascular architectures of all the three ampullae show basic similarity to each other.The arteries enter the base of crista in ampulla.The capillary network is most dense in the central part of the crista,while the periphery,under the plana semilunate,the meshes became.sparce.The venous outflow takes place both at the root of the crista and at the opposide pole of the ampulla.
