摘要
人的能力发展和现代科技发展是相互促进的。科学技术的发展,能够为人的发展创造物质前提和物质基础,提供知识前提和知识动力。同时,科学技术的健康发展也需要人们具备正确的科技认识能力和科技实践能力。人的能力发展必须适应科技发展的要求,具备适应科技发展要求的知识和技能,具有对科学技术的正确的认知能力、适宜的科技发展的控制能力和正确的科技发展成果的价值评判能力。为此,我们必须加强对科学技术发展的调控工作,发挥科学技术在促进人的能力发展方面的积极作用,加强科技道德教育,为发挥科技对人的能力发展的积极作用提供道德航向,改革教育体制,培养人们的创造力和不断持续发展的能力。
