摘要
科技政治空间有三个基本的结构要素:价值、权力、契约。这三种基本要素内部又分别存在着三种根本的张力———价值张力、权力张力和契约张力。价值张力就是科技与政治之间价值取向的背离与吻合;权力张力主要体现在科技与政治之间干涉与自由的关系;契约张力则反映的是科技主体与政治主体之间对于研究活动的委托与代理关系。三种张力的有机结合,推进着科技与政治之间互动关系的不断深化。
There are three basic structure elements in the space between science-technology and politics. That is value, power and contract. Further more, among these three elements there are three basic tensions-value tension, power tension and contractual tension. Value tension means deviation and coincidence of value direction between science-technology and politics; power tension means the relationship of interference and independence between science-technology and politics; contractual tension means the relationship of researching activities of delegation between subjects of science-technology and politics.
