摘要
本文报告80例病人胸、心手术前后的血浆过氧化脂质(Lipid peroxides,LPO)含量的变化。结果表明,术前血浆 LPO 含量较正常人高(p<0.05),关胸或开放循环后2小时血浆 LPO 含量明显升高,持续1周左右降至术前水平,且体外循环组较普胸组增高的幅度大(p<0.05或<0.10)。并对此现象的原因进行了探讨。
Serial changes in plasma content of Lipid Peroxides of 80 patients following cardiothoracic surgery are reported. The results showed that the plasma LPO of these patients was higher than normal (p<0.05).About 2 hours after ear- diothoracic operation the plasma LPO was significantly high- er thah that befort Operation,which lasted for one week and then decreased gradually to the pre-operative level.The plas- ma LPO increased more significantly in patients following heart surgery than in patienrs following general thoracic surgery (p<0.05 or<0.10).The causes of the changes are dircussed.
