摘要
本文报告100例恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后甲襞微循环及外周血象的改变。发现肿瘤患者化疗后短期内微循环障碍及外周血象异常较化疗前更加明显,两者存在显著差异。尤以老年肿瘤患者为甚。提示对老年肿瘤患者进行全身静脉化疗应慎重。
The nailfold microcirculation and peripheral bloodgrams in 100 cases of various kinds of malignant tumors were observed before and after chemotherapy. The results showed that the abnormalities of mi-crocirculation and peripheral bloodgrams were .more severe after chemotherapy and the changes were more significant in elder patients. The authors suggested it be very careful for elder patients when considering intravenous chemotherapy.
