摘要
为科学制定广东省“十一五”电源发展规划,促进广东省电力工业的可持续发展,从电源结构和布局、电源发展步伐和规模、电力与其它行业的协调发展等方面,提出了适度超前、规范有序、优化结构、合理布局的电源规划建议。
To scientifically work out the development plan of power source in Guangdong, China during the eleventh FiveYear Plan, and to promote the sustainable development of Guangdong＇s power industry, this paper makes a discussion on power source structure and layout, development tempo and scope of power source, and the coordination between power and other sectors. It is suggested that power source planning should be appropriately ahead of the social economy, organized canonically, optimized in power source structure and rationally arranged,
