男男性接触者(MSM)梅毒被引量：1

摘要梅毒是由苍白密螺旋体感染引起的一种性传播性疾病,近年来发达国家男男性接触者(MSM)中梅毒的爆发导致这些国家梅毒发病率迅速上升,更值得注意的是在这些MSM中有很高比例是HIV阳性者。本文对MSM梅毒流行趋势、危险因素、预防和控制进行综述。
