摘要
锂盐在精神科多用于治疗情感障碍。本文对住院接受锂盐治疗的114例患者的用药情况进行了回顾性分析,发现血药浓度、治疗剂量比较符合治疗常规,但在适应症的选择、是否联合用药上仍有值得商榷之处。这将对临床上更合理地使用锂盐治疗带来帮助。
Lithium was mostly used for the treatment of affective disorder in the clinical
practice of psychiatry. In this retrospective study 114 hospitalized patients receiving lithium treatment were evaluated. It was found that in the treatment with lithium, the dosage, plasma level of lithium were strictly controlled, but indications and combination use of the drug with other neu-roleptic remained debatable. This study will be helpful in promoting the rational use of lithium.
