摘要
以酵母菌、芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌及其复合菌为试验菌株,对影响菌株稳定性的因素——pH值、温度、盐浓度、抗生素等进行了研究。结果表明:复合配伍菌株XN-1在35~40℃、pH值为5.5~7.0、NaCl浓度为0.4%~0.7%时生长良好,并对所用抗生素都有不同程度的敏感性。
Factors of pH value, temperature, concentration of salt and antibiotic in the active bacterial preparation affected on the stability of yeast,Bacillus subtilis ,lactobacillus and their combination (XN-1 combinative strains)were investigated.The results showed that XN-1 combinative strains grew well in the condition of 35 - 40℃, pH value of 5.5 - 7.0 and NaCl concentration of 0.4 % - 0.7 %, and had different sensitivities in kinds of given antibiotic medium.
