本文介绍了一种利用酶水解测定总淀粉含量的方法,并测定了几种常见饲料原料中总淀粉的含量。
A method on the determination of total starch using enzyme hydrolysis was introduced,and the content of the total starch in several kinds of common feedstuffs was determined.
