摘要
高校毕业生就业工作模式的构建要将“一把手工程”落到实处;加强制度建设,建立“三级组织架构”,创造“三全”工作氛围;启动“全过程就业指导工程”,把职业发展教育和就业服务贯穿到大学生活的各个阶段;加强就业工作的信息化、网络化建设和毕业生就业市场建设;树立“窗口”意识,为毕业生提供周到的就业服务;加强理论研究,探索内在规律,不断创新高校大学生职业发展教育和毕业生就业工作。
This paper discusses the constructing of the college graduates employment work model. This construction should carry out ＂leader responsibility project＂, strengthen the constructing of system by setting up ＂three-level structure＂ and creating the working atmosphere of ＂three-Quan＇. By initiating ＂the whole-course employment service project＂ it can run college students vocational development education and employment service through all phases of college life. It should strengthen the establishment of informationalization and network orientation, of graduates＇ job market; set the consciousness of ＂window＂, which provides good service. Finally by intensifying the theory study and seeking for the inner law it can innovatively perform the task of college students＇ vocational development education and graduates employment.
