The paper introduces a kind of cushioning pot device, which can be used to revolve pot problem after anti-impact beam is struck due to overwinding capacity in course of vertical hoisting, which is suitable for winding hoist and friction hoist. It gives main introduction to operation principle, characteristic, mounting and debugging, employment and maintenance of device.
