摘要
探讨了采用测试主导轮与导向轮线速度差的方法测试紧急制动条件下多绳摩擦提升机钢丝绳滑动量的方法,在simulink环境下,建立了钢丝绳滑动的仿真模型,将摩擦轮减速度及钢丝绳统一到一个系统中,仿真结果形象地显示了钢丝绳滑动时速度图的变化情况。
The paper makes discussion to measure slippage of steel rope of multi- rope friction hoist on condition that urgent braking by testing difference between linear speed of main idler pulley and oriented pulley. On basis of Simulink, the paper founds simulation model for slide of steel rope, integrates deceleration of friction wheel and steel rope to one system, simulation results visually shows that alternation of speed while rope slides
