糖尿病患者血糖水平对神经传导速度的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察糖尿病患者血糖水平对神经传导速度的影响。方法:对47名糖尿病患者于入院时和控制血糖后测量空腹血糖和神经传导速度,并根据入院前后空腹血糖水平将47例糖尿病患者分为血糖水平控制不良组,血糖短期水平改善组和血糖控制良好组。结果:血糖控制良好组神经传导速度较快,血糖控制不良组神经传导速度减慢,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病性神经病变及其恢复同血糖水平密切相关,控制血糖水平可以增快糖尿病患者神经传导速度。 Aim: To observe the effect of blood glucose level on nerve conductive velocity in patients with diabetes, Methods: Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and nerve conductive velocity in 47 patients with diabetes were tested on admission and after blood glucose being controlled, respectively. The 47 patients with diabetes were allocated into 3 groups a coording to the admission FPG: bad controlled group (A), well controlled group (B), and improved group (C), Results: Nerve conductive velocity in group B was significantly increased ( P 〈 O. O1 ) and that in group A was decreased ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Diabetic nervous injury and its recovery are closely correlated with blood glucose, well controlled blood glucose can increase the nerve conductive velocity.
