摘要
目的:提高青霉素 G 钾工业盐成品的质量,降低成本。方法:通过小试验限定丁醇酯含量。结果:当丁醇酯含量控制在43%以下时,青霉素 G 钾工业盐成品质量完成可以保证同时降低成本。结论:该小试结果用于生产,已完全达到预期目的。
Objective： To improve the crystal quality of Benzylpenicillin potassium and reduce its cost esters. Methods： To limit the oontent of esters in butyl alcohol by small trials. Results： The crystal quality of Benzylpenicillin potassium is actually assured and the cost is controlled undex 43%. Conclusion： The consequence of the small trials has been used to produce and obstained the expected purpose.
