摘要
目的:建立立克宁滴丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对丁香叶进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定丁香苦苷的含量并进行方法学考察。结果:在供试品色谱与对照色谱的相应位置显相同颜色的斑点;丁香苦苷含量在0.28～2.24μg 之间呈良好的线性关系且平均回收率为100.84%,RSD 为1.34%。结论:此方法灵敏度高,准确,快捷,结果可靠,可作为本品的质量评价依据。
Objective： To establish the quality standard for likening droppills.Methods： The identification of Folium Syrinsae adopted the TLC approach, and HPLC methods were used to determinate the content of syringpicrcside and carry out the methodology survey.Results： The same colour spor appeared in the same position in both sample and reference stance.The linear range of syringpicroside was 0.28- 2.24μg, the average recoveries of syringpicroside was 100.63%, with RSD was 1.62% .Conclusion：The methods were accurate and reliable with a high sensitivity, which can be the foundation for the quality evaluation for Likening Droppills.
