摘要
目的:应用高效液相色谱法对维C银翘片中的对乙酰氨基酚进行了含量测定。方法:选用 HypersilC_(18)分析柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇一水(20:80)为流动相,检测波长为249nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:线性范围:1.0～3.0μg(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.6%。结论:本法简便.灵敏,准确。
Objective： Make use of high- efficient liquid chromategraphy to determine the content of acetaminophen in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets. Methods： Select HypersilC18 analytical column （25mm＊ 4.0mm, 5μm）; methanolwater for mobile phase; detection wavelength is 249nm, flow rate is 1.0ml/min. Results： linear range： 1.0-3.0μg（r =0.9999）; average recovery; 99.8%, RSD：0.6%. Conclusion： This method is convenient sensitive and accurate.
