肾移植术后下肢深静脉血栓38例分析 被引量：9

摘要 目的:分析肾移植术后下肢深静脉血栓的病因及防治。方法:回顾总结笔者医院肾移植术后38例深静脉血栓的发病原因、诊断依据、预防措施及治疗效果。结果:经超声确诊的38例患者及时治疗后,在3～20d(平均6d)内,侧支循环建立,患肢肿胀基本消退。结论:接受肾移植的患者存在引发下肢深静脉血栓的危险因素,超声诊断的敏感性和特异性较好,规范及时的抗凝、祛聚、溶栓治疗可取得满意效果。
