摘要
慢性精神分裂症对抗精神病药不敏感,探讨新药治疗有很大的实用性。作者报道舒血宁(银杳叶提取物)对149例慢性精神分裂症的双盲对照研究。两组病人均保持原服抗精神病药不变动。其中舒血宁组83例,对照组66例,均选用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS),阴性症状评定量表(SANS)和精神药物治疗时副作用评定量表(TESS)评定临床疗效和副反应。同时动态观察治疗后2、4、6、8、10及12周的病情变化。结果显示,舒血宁对改善慢性精神分裂症的阴性症状有更为明显的疗效,BPRS、SANS 降分显著(P 均<0.05),且有安全、副作用小等优点。此外并观察到舒血宁疗效出现的早晚与病程长短以及用药每日剂量的大小有关。作者认为,在慢性精神分裂症的治疗中,舒血宁是值得深入研究的一种新药。
Antipsychotics have not been considered markedly effective drugs for chronic schizophre- nia.To make a preliminary study of the clinical efficacy of Shu Xuening (an extract of ginkgo biloba), 149 cases with chronic schizophrenia were treated with Shu Xuening.A double-blind control was de- signed.All of the patients were devided at random into the drug Shu Xuening group and the placebo controlled group,In the two groups the patients recieved the same oringinal antipsychotics.There were 83 patients in the Shu Xuening group and 66 patients in controled group.The rating scales of brief psy- chiatric rating scale (BPRS),scale for assessment of negative symptoms (SANS) and treatment emer- gent symptoms scale (TESS) were used to assess the effects of treatment and side effects of the drug. The patients were observed before and during the second,fourth,sixth,eighth,tenth and twelfth weeks of the treatment courses.The results showed that Shu Xuening was effective according to BPRS (P<0.05)and the negative symptoms were better than the positive symptoms according to SANS(P< 0.05).There were no serious side effects.The effects of Shu Xuening judging had some relations with the course of the disease as well as the daily drug dosage used.The authors believed that Shu Xuening would be worthwhile to study more deeply further for treating chronic Schizophrenia.
