摘要
新药通便通胶囊是一种治疗便秘的口服结肠靶向给药制剂。本文对其质量标准进行了研究，采用展层刮取薄层色谱法对主要成份火麻仁油、郁李仁油和莱菔子油三种极性相似的混合油进行了鉴别．方法专属性强，重现性好。
Tongbiantong capsule, an oral preparation for colon site-specific drug delivery,is anew remedy for constipation.The quality standard of Tongbiantong was investigated in this paper. By us-ing scraping and fetching thin - layer chromatography, a novel method was established to identify thethree main ingredients of mixed oil with similar polarity,including Fructus Cannabis Oil,Semen PrunusOil and Semen Raphanus Oil.The method has a high specificity and a good reproducibility.
