介绍了厚膜网版印刷制作厚膜元件的原理与方法,提出了厚膜集成电路对网版印刷的要求和影响网印工艺质量的因素,说明厚膜浆料、有机载体的成分、性能及浆料配制等。
This article introduces the fundamentals and technology for manufacture of thick film elements.The requirements of thick film integratcd circuit on screen printing process and the affecting factors on screen printing quality are specificd.The compositions and properties of the paste and organic carrier are also provided.
