摘要 目前市场上电动自行车大多数采用成本相对较低的免维护密封的36V/12Ah铅酸蓄电池,该蓄电池在正常充电时,比较好的充电方法是恒压限流充电方式,即在充电初期以较大电流,充到一定的时间后,改用较小的电流充电,至充电后期改用小电流涓流充电。根据电动自行车铅酸蓄电池恒压限流充电原理,介绍了MC3842的结构特点以及一种电动自行车用密封铅酸蓄电池充电器的设计原理,给出了确定充电参数的方法和基本公式,同时给出了一种低成本、工作稳定且性能可靠的电动自行车用36密封铅酸电池充电器的实际应用电路。 On the basis of the acid accumulation constant voltage of power-driven bicycle lead limit to run the rule is charged ,the composition distinguishing feature along with a kind of design rule that the power -driven bicycle is employd sealing airtight the acid accumulation charger of lead of MC3842 are introduced. It gives out parameter means and fundamental formula,moreover,a kind of low cost, stable working acid cell charger of dependable power-driven bicycle in the way of 36 V seals airtight lead practice and is used as the electric circuit. The structural characteristics of MC3842 and the design principle of a kind of sealed lead -acid battery charger for electric bicycle is introduced. The basic formula and method to determine charge parameter is given. A kind of simple, feasible and stable application circuit of 36 V sealed lead -acid battery charger for electric bicycle is given.
