摘要
研究了腺嘌呤与铅的荧光体系,确定了此体系的最佳条件.腺嘌呤的激发与发射波长λem/λex为308nm/441.6nm,铅质量浓度的线性范围为1.0~60.0μg/mL,检出限为0.02μg/mL.据此建立了测定痕量铅的高灵敏方法,此方法应用于普通饮料中铅的测定,结果满意.
The fluorescent system of adenine with lead ion was studied. Based on the reaction, a sensitive, direct spectrofluorimetric method for determining complex of trace lead with adenine has been developed. The reaction conditions for the fluorescence system of lead with adenine were confirmed. The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of adenine are 308 nm and 441.6 nm, respectively. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the fluorescence intensity was a linear function of concentration of lead ion in the range of 1.0 - 60.0μg/mL and detection limit of lead ion is 0.02μg/mL. The other ion interferences were studied; The method has been successfully applied to determinate lead in common drinks.
