带腔体效应的面黑体的研制

摘要 报导了一个重力热管式带腔体效应的大面积蜂窝黑体。它的工作温度范围是40℃~150℃,工作面直径为150mm。用THERMOTRACER6T61热象仪测量了其温度分布,结果表明:80%的工作面内的温差小于1.4℃。该面黑体对同轴圆形探测器的积分发射率是0.996。该而黑体具有温度分布均匀、结构简单、造价低廉的优点。 An extended blackbody source with cavity effect realized by gravity heat pipe is reported in this pa-per, which has an operating temperature range of 40℃ to 150℃. The diameter of its working area is 150mm.THERMO TRACER 6T61 is used to measure the temperature distribution over the working area. The re-sults show that the temperature difference over eighty percent of the working area is less than 1. 4℃. The in-tegrated emissivity of the extended blackbody source to a concentric circular detector is 0. 996. This extended source has advantages of relatively good temperature uniformity, simple construction and low cost.
