紫外线诱导产生的活性氧簇在皮肤科的研究进展

摘要 紫外线诱导产生的活性氧簇在光免疫抑制、皮肤肿瘤、光老化中起着重要的作用。紫外线辐射对皮肤内抗氧化防御系统具有复杂的影响,紫外线可适应性上调皮肤内抗氧化防御系统,但急性和长期的紫外线暴露也可下调抗氧化防御系统,从而影响活性氧簇的产生。表、真皮内许多成分和光敏性药物也参与或影响着紫外线诱导的活性氧簇产生。抗氧化剂的应用研究也取得了许多新进展。
