摘要
根据中国区域和新疆区域经济发展的新格局和协调发展的新要求,针对新疆区域经济发展和“十一五”规划,文章提出把新疆作为单独的经济区,在正确定位和科学规划的基础上通过天山南坡次重心地带的重点发展实现全疆区域经济的协调发展。
In line with the new demands for a new pattern and concerted development between China＇s regional and Xinjiang＇s regional economic developments and in light of Xinjiang＇s regional economic development of the 11th Five Year Plan, this paper proposes that Xinjiang be a separate economic region. By correct orientation and scientific planning, Xinjiang can develop its economy in a concerted manner when the sub-economlc belt along the southern Tianshan Mountains is developed.
