摘要
介绍了一种铁路空调客车逆变器故障诊断系统。下位机以高性价比的DSPTMS320C32为核心构造,对逆变器的数据进行高速采集,同时采用加窗FFT变换,得出逆变器输出频谱;上位机检测并显示逆变器运行数据和状态,应用专家系统,对逆变器的运行状态进行在线诊断。
A new kind of testing equipment for electric passenger train inverter is proposed. Its data acquisition subsystem is based on high perfomance-price ratio digital signal processor TMS320C32, which could collect inverter＇s signals in high speed. At the same time, through a fast Fourier transform with Blackman window function, the output quality of the inverter could be analysed. The PC displays the signal from the DSP, and reports the state of the inverter via an expert diagnosis system.
