摘要 脉冲电变质(PEDM)是一种采用电脉冲细化铝合金铸件晶粒组织的工艺方法,文中对比分析了在ZL102合金石膏型铸件凝固过程中,分别单独施加电脉冲、电脉冲+钠盐变质剂的复合作用以及添加晶粒细化剂(Al-5%Ti)+钠盐变质剂等试验工艺条件,对铸件中α相枝晶和共晶Si片的细化作用。研究结果表明:电脉冲+钠盐变质剂的电变质处理工艺对铸件凝固组织的细化作用与晶粒细化剂+钠盐变质剂的细化效果相当,脉冲电流对共晶Si形态无明显的作用。 Pulse electric discharging modification (PEDM) is a technical method to refine the grain microstructure of aluminum alloy castings by using pulse electric current passing through the melt during solidification. The effects of applying pulsed current only, and compound-effect of PEDM with sodium modifier on α-Al dendrite and morphology of eutectic silicon flake in plaster-mold ZL102 Alloy (near eutectic composition 11.6% Si) castings are investigated. Comparing with traditional process of adding grain refiner (Al-5% Ti) and sodium modifier during refinement, the experimental results show that the refining microstructure effect of PEDM compounded with sodium modifier is similar to the effect of traditional refining grain methods, and that PEDM have not remarkable influence on morphology of eutectic silicon flake.
