摘要
目的探讨纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66(n-HA/PA66)复合人工椎体在胸腰椎骨折中的应用价值。方法自2003年12月至2005年3月,对21例胸腰椎骨折患者行胸腰椎前路椎体次全切除、椎管减压n-HA/PA66复合人工椎体植入、前路钉板内固定术。术后随访6~12个月。结果术后6个月复合人工椎体植骨融合率达100%,无内固定松动及螺钉断裂。结论n-HA/PA66复合人工椎体具有良好的生物相容性和生物安全性,植入融合率高,牢固可靠,避免了自体髂骨取骨,是理想的骨移植替代材料。
Objective To discuss the application of nano-hydroapatic crystals and polymide composite (n-HA/PA66) for artificial vertebrae in treating thoracic or lumbar vertebrae fractures. Methods A total of 21 cases suffering from thoracic or lumber vertebrae fractures were treated with deuto-total vertebrae resection via anterior approach, canalis vertebralis deboosted, artificial vertebrae composed by n - HA/PA66 implanted and fixed with XIA screw-stick system. The follow up lasted 6-12 months. Results The rate of bone graft fusion reached 100% , with no loosened internal fixation or breakage of screw or stick. Conclusions n-HA/PA66 for artificial vertebrae is the ideal substitute material for bone transplantation, for it has good biocompatibility, high security, high rate of bone graft fusion and firm fixation.
