摘要
目的探讨中华长城椎弓根螺钉系统治疗青少年先天性半椎体脊柱侧弯畸形的手术方法及临床效果.方法对16例青少年先天性半椎体脊柱侧弯患儿,应用中华长城椎弓根螺钉系统(China great wall pedicle screw system)行侧前路矫形手术.通过胸腰段、腰段脊柱侧弯的半椎体、椎间盘切除,较少节段椎体螺钉固定,旋转棒的三维旋转矫正脊柱的侧弯和旋转畸形.结果16例患儿中侧弯平均矫正Cobb角36.7°,矫正率77%,经18~24个月随访,达到满意的矫形效果,丢失率低,融合良好.结论中华长城椎弓根螺钉系统具有三维空间矫形力,矫形明显、稳固.侧前路矫正手术融合率高,固定节段少,是一种有效可靠的手术方法.
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of anterior correction of scoliosis caused by hemivertebra utilizing China Great Wall Pedicle Screw System (CGWS). Methods Sixteen patients of congenital scoliosis caused by hemivertebra underwent anterior access hemivertebra and disc excision, interbody fusion and maintenance of spine by CGWS. Results During 18 to 24 months followed-up term, all patients got the satisfactory cosmetic correction and fine fusion. The average coblys angle of correction was 36.7° with the 77% of correction rate. Conclusions Anterior correction of thoracolumbar and lumbar scoliosis using CGWS can achieve high fusion rate and satisfactory cosmetic results with less fusion levels.
