摘要
目的:研究CLN3基因在卵巢癌中的表达水平变化。方法:采用半定量RT-PCR方法和Westernblot方法检测卵巢癌及正常卵巢组织中CLN3基因表达水平变化。结果:通过半定量RT-PCR和Westernblot分析,发现CLN3在所有的卵巢癌组织中有不同程度的表达水平升高现象。结论:CLN3基因表达水平与卵巢癌的发生有关。
AIM: To determine whether overexpression of CLN3 is involved in the tumorigenesis of ovarian eaeinoma. METHODS: 10 specimens of ovarian carcinoma were screened for CLN3 gene expression level by semiquantitative RT- PCR and Western blotting. RESULTS: Overexpression of CLN3 mRNA and protein was found in all ovarian tumor tissues as compared with normal tissues. CONCLUSION: The overexpression of CLN3 may contribute to tumor development of ovarian cancer.
