摘要
目的:研究CLN3基因在卵巢癌中的表达水平变化。方法:采用半定量RT-PCR方法和Westernblot方法检测卵巢癌及正常卵巢组织中CLN3基因表达水平变化。结果:通过半定量RT-PCR和Westernblot分析,发现CLN3在所有的卵巢癌组织中有不同程度的表达水平升高现象。结论:CLN3基因表达水平与卵巢癌的发生有关。
AIM： To determine whether overexpression of CLN3 is involved in the tumorigenesis of ovarian eaeinoma. METHODS： 10 specimens of ovarian carcinoma were screened for CLN3 gene expression level by semiquantitative RT- PCR and Western blotting. RESULTS： Overexpression of CLN3 mRNA and protein was found in all ovarian tumor tissues as compared with normal tissues. CONCLUSION： The overexpression of CLN3 may contribute to tumor development of ovarian cancer.
