摘要
对中国纺织品服装生产和贸易概况分析表明,随着中国对外贸易的快速发展,中国纺织品服装业已经具有贫困化增长特征,而从全国来看,则可能存在贸易条件恶化。因此,尽早关注贫困化增长问题对于中国经济和贸易的持续发展、高效发展是极为紧迫和必要的。
The paper first makes a comparative analysis about Chinese textile industry, and then analyzes the development situation of Chinese textile industry by Bhagwati effect and other international trade theory. It points out that with the fast development of Chinese foreign trade, Chinese textile industry development looks more and more like an immiserizing growth, and from the whole of China, the trade condition could possibly get worsen. So, for the continuous and effective development of Chinese economy and foreign trade, it＇s urgent and necessary to pay attention early to the immiserizing growth problem.
