摘要
为解决微电机用于小口径弹引信时存在的输出力矩小和机构所需驱动力矩的矛盾,以微电机驱动隔爆板机构为例,从润滑设计方面探讨了减小机构所需驱动力矩的方法;建立了安保机构全弹道隔离板的受力模型,分析了其位置的影响;讨论了不同润滑方案下所需驱动力矩的大小,确定了最佳方案,为小口径弹引信安全保险机构的设计探索了一条新途径。
To solve contradiction between little output movement of the micro-electromotor and the need drive moment of the machine,taking the micro-electromotor driving the separate explode board machine as a example, a new method was presented that reduces the drive movement by using the lubricating design. The load dynamics model of the separate explode board machine on the whole ballistic trajectory was founded and the influence of its position was analyzed,the needed drive moment of different lubricating schemes was discussed and the best scheme was ensured. The conclusions provide a new way to design the safety and arming system of the small caliber fuze.
